Motivation Fitness Retreat
We run our Motivation Fitness Retreat over 5 days.
The retreat is suitable for groups or individuals looking to improve their outlook on their health and create a better connection with their bodies.

The retreat comprises of a range of activities intended to strengthen and calm the body.
Over the 5 days and 4 nights
On arrival on Wednesday, we will start with a Body Code session which is an energy healing technique to distinguish what your body may need whether it’s a certain mineral or vitamin, exercise, detoxification bodywork, and the clearing of trapped emotions (emotional baggage).
During this time we will have a chat about any previous health conditions or injuries which we can focus on improving. As well as any dietary requirements or injuries to work around or focus on correcting.
In the wellness centre, we have a personal training studio where fitness classes for stretching + mobility, and strength training will take place.
Rineen Woods is just 2 minutes from the house where the group will go for a walk and take in the beautiful West Cork scenery.
Lunch and dinners will be set to your dietary requirements using lots of locally sourced produce organic and free-range as much as possible.
PEMF is pulsed electromagnetic therapy that grounds the body similarly to walking barefoot in the grass and greatly improves circulation in the capillaries in the bones and the whole body.
The workshops on improving Western living/ creating a healthier lifestyle and goal-setting meditation workshop are about asking questions and providing knowledge that can be integrated into your daily lifestyle, giving practical solutions to day-to-day issues.
